In the event that our primary platform suffers an outage, all traffic to your website will seamlessly re-route to our backup, or "failover" equipment, resulting in continued uptime of all aspects of your website.

What's more, with all customer websites' backed up on a twice-daily basis, loss of data is virtually non-existent. We've even take data loss consideration to the next level, backing up our entire system infrastructure on a nightly basis.
